The Boynton Company has been involved in all facets of the commercial real estate business in New England since 1985. During the past 18 years, 20 properties have been purchased in excess of $30,000,000, totaling 600,000 SF of commercial space and 70 residential units.

Nicholas C. Boynton, Principal, is responsible for The Boynton Company’s management, development, design, and leasing operations. Before joining the company in 1992, he graduated from Syracuse University.

Emily H. Boynton, Property Manager, recently joined the firm after two and a half years at Forrester Research, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, where she was a market research analyst and sales associate. A 2000 graduate of Brown University, Emily is involved in all aspects of the company’s real estate activities.

John W. Boynton, Principal, has over 30 years of real estate experience. After graduating from Harvard College and Harvard Business School in 1970, John worked for IDS Properties, Inc. in Minneapolis for three years and as an officer and principal at JMB Realty Corp in Chicago and Boston for 12 years. He established The Boynton Company in Concord, MA in 1985.
